long-time student of Ayurvedic and Tibetan medicine, ethnobotany,
energetic healing, and metaphysics. The opinions expressed may
or may not conform to current scientific understanding. They
represent Ingrid's synthesis of many traditions of healing, ancient
and modern.

herbal preparations, and other high
quality herbs—are especially suitable for those who
are on a conscious path of spiritual and physical wholeness.
Only the finest quality herbs are used in the products offered
on the site, but none of the products have been evaluated by the FDA. They
are hence offered for consumption at the user's discretion and
without any specific claims for their effectiveness or appropriateness.

on the Internet, what can and cannot be stated is regulated.

to Ingrid. It also has its own product line, produced in
